Let us satisfy all of those cravings at once! Our Espresso Chocolate Chip Cookies are made with the same semisweet chocolate chips as our MISC and Chocolate Chip and Chunk cookies. We add a bit more chocolate to these cookies because we load it up with espresso!
The chocolate is rich and velvety. You cannot help but breathe in the alluring smell of the ground espresso beans that will remind you of your favorite coffee places. The firm and crispy exterior hides the soft and chewy cookie within.
We like to have these with vanilla ice cream and a side of dark coffee. What will you pair with yours?

We recommend putting your cookies into an airtight container or a bag with a zipper. This will keep them fresh for a week or more... Most people (We are most people here at Pip and Snickle) eat the whole dozen in the first day, but some of you have more self-control than we do.
